Behavioral health services for children, families, and adults in Lincoln, Maine

We're a Licensed Mental Health Agency, locally owned in Lincoln since 2009. We accept MaineCare, and when you reach out, you'll hear back within 24–48 hours.

Children and teens under 21
In plain English: hands-on help for children learning life skills. In-home and community-based skill building for children under 21.

For anyone who wants to talk

Children, teens, and adults
In plain English: talking with a therapist, in person or online. Therapy for children, teens, and adults, plus diagnostic and functional assessments.

For adults, day to day

Adults 18 and older Good days, more often.
In plain English: one-on-one support for everyday adult life. Adults 18+ with a mental health diagnosis, in Penobscot and Piscataquis counties.

No referral is needed to ask questions. Here's how it works, one step at a time.

  1. Reach out

    Call (207) 794-3133 or email us. We respond within 24–48 hours, and after-hours messages always get a call back.

  2. Talk it through

    We listen to what's going on and help you figure out which program fits. Our services are covered by MaineCare.

  3. Meet your team

    We walk you through intake paperwork and match your family with the right provider, someone from your own community.

  4. Support begins

    Sessions happen where life happens: at home, in the community, at our Lincoln office, or by telehealth.

We build support around what matters most to you, with skills that fit your life, not ours. Our care is trauma-informed: we pay attention to what you've been through and go at a pace that feels safe.
